2 Year Old Killed In South Sacramento Car Crash

Back in May, 2016, on the 5300 block or Mack Road in South Sacramento, a 2-year old boy was run over and fatally injured in the parking lot of his apartment complex.

Sacramento police said that the child, identified as 2 year old, Royal Mitchell was chasing a ball in the parking lot near his home when he was struck and killed.

This is a tragic story, and our heart go out to the family and friends of that poor child.

We are certainly not bringing this up to place blame, assign fault or re-open old wounds. As Sacramento-area wrongful death and personal injury attorneys, we help families deal with circumstances similar to these all too frequently.

Losing a child… it’s one of the most painful experiences a person can endure. From the mental anguish that comes from profound loss to the exhaustion from emotional strife… the death of a child can often be unbearable, and even crippling.
